From Requirement to Sample
| 01 — Understand Your Requirements We review your specifications, drawings, existing models or application requirements to identify the right cooling solution. | 02 — Select or Customize We first select a suitable standard model from our product range. If customization is required, we work with our manufacturing team to develop the required solution. | 03 — Sample Development Once the solution is confirmed, We arrange sample production through our manufacturing facility based on the confirmed specifications. Standard samples: typically completed within 7 days. Special products may require additional time. |
| 04 — Testing & Verification Samples are tested for basic performance requirements, with additional testing based on your application and specifications. We review the sample performance before sending it for customer evaluation. | 05 — Customer Approval After sample testing, we confirm the final specifications with you before moving to mass production. We adjust the design or performance when further optimization is required. | 06 — Quote & Mass Production After sample approval, we confirm the final specification, provide a volume quotation, and proceed with production after receiving your purchase order. |
